- Customers may request to cancel a service or subscription within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that the service has not been activated, delivered, or used.
- Once a service has been initiated, configured, or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased:
A. Software & Digital Products
- Refunds are generally not applicable once the software license, activation key, or digital content has been delivered or downloaded.
- In exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate payment or technical issues preventing access), we may issue a refund at our discretion after verification.
B. Subscription Services
- If you cancel within the first 7 days and have not used the service, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Once the subscription period starts and services are active, refunds are not provided.
- No refunds are issued for partial months or unused periods within a subscription cycle.
C. Custom Development or Project Services
- Payments made toward project initiation, design, or development phases are non-refundable.
- If a project is terminated by the client before completion, any completed work will be invoiced and billed proportionally.
- Advance payments may be adjusted against future services at our discretion.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration, hosting services, SSL certificates, and third-party integrations.
- Training, consultation, and professional service fees once delivered.
- Any promotional or discounted purchases.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute or issue regarding payments, refunds, or cancellations, please contact us first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu courts.
